The Master’s Program in Social Welfare held a Kick-Off Meeting to prepare for the implementation of teaching and learning activities for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The meeting was attended by all course lecturers and program management, serving as an initial strategic forum to ensure readiness and alignment in delivering high-quality academic instruction for the upcoming semester. The main agenda of the meeting was the review of the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for each course offered. This review was conducted comprehensively by examining the alignment between learning objectives, course materials, teaching methods, and assessment strategies. The process aimed to ensure that each RPS meets academic standards while remaining responsive to current developments and emerging issues in the field of social welfare.

In addition, the Kick-Off Meeting provided an opportunity for lecturers to share feedback and reflections on the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the previous semester. Through this discussion, key points for improvement and reinforcement were jointly identified, including the development of more participatory, contextual, and problem-based learning approaches relevant to contemporary social welfare challenges.

Through this activity, the Master’s Program in Social Welfare reaffirmed its commitment to continuous quality improvement in education. It is expected that the outcomes of the RPS review and the agreements reached during the Kick-Off Meeting will serve as a solid foundation for delivering a more structured, adaptive, and impactful learning process in the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, supporting the development of students’ competencies as future professionals and scholars in social welfare.
